We use genuine HP latex inks, which are environmentally friendly & 100% odourless, so ideal for indoor prints.

If you would like us to create artwork for you, then please select 'Artwork Required' in the drop-down menu. 

Please give as much detail as you require, such as particular wording and colours etc. 

We will only send a visual of created artwork if you request one, but please be aware that this will slow the process down, so allow time for this.

ORDER PROCESS

1. Make the purchase and pay via eBay.
2. We will then send details of how to supply us with your image.
3. Send your image to us. Due to eBay rules and regulations, we are unable to supply our details before the purchase of the item.
4. Once the image has been received, we will print it and dispatch it within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order a size that is not listed, please contact us first for advice on how to order.

ADVICE & TIPS

• We cannot accept responsibility for a poor-quality print due to supplied low-resolution images.
• We advise that the images are supplied at the following sizes and minimum resolutions. 100% size at 150dpi, 50% size at 300dpi, 25% size at 600dpi.
• Please be aware, if your image does not scale in proportion, there will be blank areas on the poster. We will notify you if this is the case and this will affect the dispatch and delivery times.
• Always try to send the original images, which are taken in a much higher resolution.
• We do not accept artwork created using Microsoft Word.
• The print may not appear the same as your screen!
• If you would like us to check colours and brightness, then please select 'yes' from the drop-down menu when ordering and let us know if you require us to do so.

DELIVERY

• We ship items out as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours, although this cannot always be guaranteed.
• Items are made to order, so depending on how busy we are, orders may take an extra couple of days to process.
• We always update you if there is any delay to your order.
• We will notify you when your item has been dispatched.
• Our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
• We only dispatch orders Monday - Friday.
• If you require a tracked or 'signed for' delivery, you must select this when checking out.

All posters are dispatched securely and protected in cardboard tubes!

If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please let us know. We will always endeavour to make sure you receive your order.
