This is a used, in excellent condition, womens skirt in a size Small to Medium I believe, the tags have all been removed so please see the measurements to be sure of fit. 

 I don't know the brand, I would guess it is a polyester/spandex blend, and is machine washable.

It has a comfy stretch waistband, no pockets in the front or the back, is flat in the front, and has a pretty floral print in blues, grays, white, peach, brown, black, etc.  

The measurements are as follows:

waist - 28 inches unstretched and stretches up to 38 inches

hips - 41 inches

length - 34 inches.
