Vintage Ladies Platinum Diamond Ring.
This ring is a solitaire diamond ring.

The Clarity of the diamond is VS-2, and the color is H, as set.
There is also a laser-inscription on the inside of the band, shown in photos above.
"IGI 32450112" it is also marked PLAT. SMJ on the inside of the band.
