Lost Parcel Tracking Service may incur an additional fee as levied by Australia Post. Sellers responsibility ends with the lodgment of the parcel at a Post Office. Care will be taken to ensure packaging remains secure and is sufficient for item protection. Pre-paid Australia Post parcel sachets may be used at sellers discretion.
