AS OF MAY 14th, 2007, THE US POSTAL
SYSTEM HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED INTERNATIONAL MAIL RATES - ALL SURFACE MAIL HAS BEEN DROPPED, THERE
WILL ONLY BE TWO CLASSES OF AIR MAIL= PRIORITY OR FIRST CLASS.
Due to increasingly higher U.S. postal
rates, and the many packages that we have lost or damaged, on International
Mail, we now only will ship internationally via E-Bay’s Global shipping
program, which goes by courier services. Although expensive, many times they
are cheaper than what I could send it for by US Mail – and much more secure.
TO ALL INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS - WE SHIP
INTERNATIONALLY ONLY THROUGH EBAY’S GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. EBAY HAS SET UP A
SHIPPING HUB IN THE U.S. WHERE WE SHIP YOUR PACKAGE. EBAY THEN SHIPS OUT TO
YOU. THE ACTUAL SHIPPING PRICE IS LISTED ON YOUR PAGE, FOR YOUR COUNTRY.
WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS PROCESS,
EBAY WILL INVOICE YOU AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. WE CANNOT CHANGE
SHIPPING COSTS, WE CANNOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO YOUR COUNTRY. WE CANNOT DECLARE AS A
GIFT OR CHANGE THE SHIPPING PRICE.
WE CANNOT DECLARE A LOWER SELLING PRICE SINCE
THE SALE IS THE RECORD. AT PRESENT EBAY WILL NOT ALLOW US TO COMBINE SHIPPING
ON MULTIPLE ITEMS.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are
NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These
charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as

us to be a day or two late in processing orders if we have a good number of
sales as we normally only drive to the Post Office on Monday, Wednesday &

VINTAGE PAPERBACK BOOKS
Please be
aware that the binding glue in vintage paperbacks is likely to be much drier
than newer books, and thus more fragile than more modern printings. Paper also
can be sometimes somewhat brittle.
All vintage
paperbacks require proper & careful care in handling & reading or the
spine glue will crack!!.
SHIPPING TIMES
WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW FAST THESE NEW RATES WILL ACTUALLY BE,
SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. WE ARE EXPERIENCING 2 – 6 WEEKS AS BEFORE DEPENDING ON THE CLASS OF MAIL
USED.
Shipments inside the US are also experiencing massive
slowdowns, please be patient. Media Sometimes is taking 1 to 4 weeks with no
rhyme or reason as to why.
IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST THE TIMES STATED ABOVE. PLEASE DO NOT START ASKING WHERE IT IS IN A
WEEK OR TWO AND ACCUSE ME OF NOT SENDING THE ITEM - SLOW DELIVERY TIMES BY THE
POST OFFICE ARE NOT MY FAULT, PLEASE BE
PREPARED TO WAIT THE AVERAGE TIMES I HAVE STATED.
