You are looking at a lot of fantastic neat old JH Miller chalkwear figures. This is the classic scene with the World War 2 era soldier laying down in a sniper like position. I am not sure if he ever had a rifle, but I have never seen a rifle on others.

JH Miller is highly collectible. Look at the faces and the level of detail he put into them. He also signed his name and date on the base, sometimes in different ways--make sure you have the variation! This one is JHM 50.
