Quality Expectations.
Azmed-USA uses these quality expectations for all of our parts, services, and sales. All equipment and parts will pass functionality testing. Visual expectations for aftermarket parts will be “like new” condition. Aftermarket parts will be free of marks, scuffs, cracks, deformities, scratches, blemishes, and other anomalies not part of the design of the product. Refurbished items will carry different expectations than aftermarket. Refurbished parts and items will pass functionality testing and are warrantied to work as designed. Refurbished parts and items may be antiquated and therefore difficult to obtain, many items are “end of life” and/or unsupported by the manufacturer. Azmed-USA will make best attempts to provide products that are without defects but this is not always possible. If items fail to meet customer’s expectations but meet the criteria outlined here within, they will be subject to Azmed-USA’s warranty return policy.

 

Definitions

  OEM / NEW – Abbreviation for ‘Original Equipment Manufacturer’. A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.

  New – Open Box – An item in excellent condition with no functional defects. The item may be missing original packaging and may have been used for testing or demo purposes. The item includes accessories found with the original product and may include a warranty. Feel free to contact us for full details and description.

  Used – An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. (We’ll provide pictures if needed)

  Refurbished – Previously used items which have been repaired and brought to OEM specifications for functionality by Azmed-USA. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. Items might show cosmetic wear. (We’ll provide pictures if needed)

  End of Life – Products which the OEM discontinues and exits. End of Life can refer to services and/or goods. End of Life products are announced by the OEM and Azmed-USA makes no claims or warrants towards the OEM’s End of Life designation.

  For Parts or Not Working / Aftermarket – An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. Also known as OEM compatible.

  AS IS – denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists, and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
