 Items will ship usually the following morning once payment is received. We do allow 3 business days cushion for unforeseen disruptions. We ship USPS Priority Mail and International. We do not refund for lost or damaged packages domestically or nor Internationally- so Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. it can take up to 4 weeks to clear customs. This delay is not our fault. Moreover, Australia and Asia and Middle East seem to take the longest- up to 4 weeks…due to customs delays.

Returns:

Only if product is defective or does not match item description will returns be considered: in original box and tags and unworn condition!!!

Within 14 days and a 15%r restocking/handling and relisting fee. this includes for size exchanges etc...only if shoe is defective will a restock fee be waived and return label sent.
