You may have seen some of the 5000 signed copies of this book for sale, but this is something far, far rarer. This is the artist's proof; the copy of the book given to the the book's artists and writers for approval. There are probably less than a dozen, maybe as few as three (one for each signer) or this may possibly be the only one. The cover page is signed by Kevin Smith, artist artist Duncan Fegredo, and (I believe) editor Jamie Rich. If you look about Fegredo's signature, you will see the letters "AP" where the number would normally be.
