Refund and Returns Policy:

All customers are responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform us as soon as possible of any damages or defects or shortages in their order within three (3) days of receipt of goods.

Clients are required to notify us via ebay messages, this will ensure and validate your claim for replacement or refund when items are damaged or defective.

We operates a 'No Quibble' "returns policy, and we undertake to refund or exchange any product bought from our ebay Store as long as the product has not been used extensively or was damaged by heavy or inappropriate use.

Once the product has been sent to us, we will inspect it and verify the damage and we will confirm a replacement or a refund as per your request.

Returns must be returned in a "Re-Saleable" condition.

The purchaser must bear the carriage costs of return of any damaged products.

Please ensure that items are well packaged when sending them back. Cases in which items have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition due to careless packaging will be dealt with on individual basis, as they may not qualify for refunds if damaged when arriving to back to us.

Back Orders: We normally have a full stock of goods for sale on our ebay Store; however, some items might not be available on our stock list due to heavy demand,

Deliveries are 3 to 4 days (Within the weekly 5 working days).

Please take into account for larger and heavier items we use couriers (such as UPS / APC / TNT) and their working days are Monday to Friday 9.00 Start and 15.30 Last collection time.
