Port Instructions:

• Number to port must be ACTIVE (still making and receiving calls) and belongs to a competitor carrier (not part of Tracfone family of brands listed above).
• Only new lines coming from competitor carriers are available for this offer
• Numbers that were with a Tracfone brand in the last 3 months prior are also not eligible for this offer.
• Transfer has to be done before your service ends and no longer that 7 days after you receive your order in the mail, that means that you might need to choose Priority Shipping which takes 2 to 3 days to arrive.
