This is a new green sparkle nylon net crinoline petticoat slip. The netting does shed some sparkles. Adds that great fullness to your dresses. The top of the slip is a white cotton with a elastic waist.  The hem is finished off with a green ribbon. It fits a vintage 25 inch  Mattel Charmin Chatty Cathy.  The length from waist to hem is 5 3/4 and the fullness at hem is about 140 inches.  All Seams Finished.
