with solid black bottom section

long lace sleeves with ruffles at wrist

deep "U" neck with ruffles around neckline

lined top/bodice

tag reads 100% nylon - bottom section feels like polyester

tag reads size 10 but this is a vintage size - see measurements below

This is a used and vintage dress and I do not know if this comes from a smoke or pet free environment.
