Payment:
We only accept payments through PayPal
1. Items will be sent out within 5 days on payment received from Monday to Friday. Orders during weekends and holidays will be posted in the following working day. Kindly allow for much longer time for delivery during this time.
2. Shipping time is based on the item location.
3. Please make sure your shipping address and the order information is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address.
4. International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees.
5. The item item will be shipped with tracking number. Buyers are responsible to check the tracking status for their parcels.
6. We accept no responsibillity for goods delayed due to the courier or postal services.
7. All orders will be dispatched from Malaysia.
8. Please allow transit time of 7 - 20 business days for international destination. Delivery to some countries that requires transit in another country may take up to 30 business days.
9. All parcels must be claimed with accepted time-frame given by your local courier upon delivery. Failure to claim will result in the disposal by couriers.
10. All unclaimed/refuse parcels will be dispose off in accordance to the international shipping law. Seller will not be responsible for any unclaimed/refuse parcels.
Customs (Duty and Tax):
1. All deliveries are subject to tax and duty charges depending on your country.
2. Any parcel accessed for custom charges will include an additional handling fee charged by your local carrier. Value of handling fee charged varies between countries.
3. All tax, duties and handling fee charges are buyers responsibility.
4. Custom reserve the rights to open and conduct an inspection on all parcels.
5. Sellers will not be responsible for any damages caused during custom inspection.
Return Policy:
· Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the item.
· Please contact us before you ship it back to us.
· The buyer is responsible of covering shipment for returning the merchandise.
· We do not accept any return without our approval.
