This is a used, in excellent condition, mens suit jacket/blazer in a size 42.  It is by Gianni Manzoni, Made In Italy, 100% viscose, is dry clean only, has shoulder pads, three buttons in the front, two pockets on the front of the waist with flaps, one pocket on the chest, is fully lined, has three pockets on the inside, and is a checkered/plaid/houndstooth type print in a kind of khaki color with dark blue and brown.  The measurements are as follows:

shoulder to shoulder seam - 20 inches

shoulder to cuff - 25 inches

shoulder to hem - 30 inches

waist - 42 inches

chest - 46 inches.
