 Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Orders received by 1 pm will be dispatched the same day.  

We send our parcel via Royal Mail 2st class post or Hermes. 

If your item not arrived within 7 working days please email us before you open a case.  

We ship to Ebay address, and please make sure your ebay address is correct before purchase.

We accept return within 30 days since you received your package. 

Please contact us for return or refund. We are happy to refund providing it is returned unused,

 in its original packaging with all accessories. Buyers pays return postage.
