Shipping

• Buyer pays for postage unless the item is marked as free postage. We only charge actual postage or courier costs. There are no additional charges for packing or handling.
• You can choose regular or express postage on most items.
• The ebay postage calculator will work out the price to deliver your order as you go through the checkout.
• We offer discounts for shipping on multiple items. The eBay postage calculator will work these out when it can. If you order multiple different items, please request a combined postage invoice and we will send you a revised invoice with combined postage costs before you pay for the total order.
• For parcels which weigh or cube up to 22kg and shorter than 105cm long, we use Australia Post or Border Express.
• For larger parcels (marked "Pick Up In Store") we use Border Express. Please contact us for a quote to freight this item to you.
• All shipping methods provide tracking and signature for your peace of mind.

  Service

  We are sure that our products will meet your expectations. Should this not be the case, please contact us to request a return authorisation. Items will not be accepted without prior authorisation. An item judged, in the sole opinion of Light Up My Life, to have been returned in the same condition and packaging as that in which it was originally dispatched, will be credited for replacement or exchange. The buyer will pay the postage in both directions.
