Customatix (later "Cmax") was a Santa Cruz, California-based seller of made-to-order footwear launched in May 2000. The parent company, Solemates, Inc., was founded in 1999 by former Adidas executives Dave Ward, Irmi Kreuzer, Mikal Peveto and David Solk.The Customatix.com website allowed the user to customize one of several shoe designs and purchase a pair of shoes. Each basic shoe design featured a large selection of customizable parameters, including choice of component materials and colors, plus text and graphics, allowing trillions of possible variations. The company lasted for 4 years before it went out of business.

These custom, one of a kind sneakers feature red, white, and blue uppers in both suede and smooth leather with a nylon mesh tongue. A transparent thick gum rubber sole with the American flag across the bottom. Small American flag patch on the tongue and heel.

The shoes measures approximately 13.5 inches from heel to toe and 4.5 inches at its widest part

Condition: These shoes are gently pre-owned and are in great condition. Just some overall fading and minor scuffing on the uppers. One of the heel pull-tabs is torn. The soles have below average wear. (see pics). Sorry, I do not have the original box. A great pair of one of a kind sneakers.
