Replacing the trunk lift supports takes less than 15 minutes and requires only a small and medium size screwdriver. Simply pry up a pressure band at the end of the trunk lift support using a small screwdriver, use the medium screwdriver as leverage, pull off the old support, and then replace it with the Trunk Lift support by snapping it into place. The entire operation for both the driver and passenger side support should take less than 15 minutes.
