• MaxTrac's shock extender is designed to provide extreme stability for lowered vehicles. When lowering the 99-06 models 4-6" it is a great idea to use a shock extender on the passenger side shock, as lowering the vehicle puts the shock in a horizontal angle, compromising the shocks ability to dampen the ride. This single extender corrects that. Because the driver side shock maintains an ok vertical orientation when lowered, it is only needed on the passenger side
