In order to make our grading of items consistent, we have set the following grades in place and try to follow them very closely. You should not be disappointed in the condition of your item when received.
Mint - Reserved for new, undamaged items in their original packaging. Damage to the packaging, if any, will be mentioned in the listing.
Near Mint - Items which may be new or used with no visible signs of use.
Excellent - Gently used items with no chips, cracks or glaze crazing. May have some light scratching, stacking wear and/or utensil marks.
Very Good - Used items with no chips, cracks or glaze crazing. May have scratching, stacking wear and/or utensil marks from normal use.
Good - Heavily used or slightly damaged items. See item description for exact flaw(s).
Shipping (all locations):
Buyer and/or winning bidder to pay shipping costs which vary by distance from St. Charles, IL. We use plenty of bubble & foam packing material, as well as, double box most items to ensure safe delivery - Check our feedback.
By combining your purchases into a single shipment, your shipping costs may be lower than calculated by eBay's shipping calculator. If you are purchasing multiple items, please wait for an invoice from us before paying.
PO Boxes must ship via US Postal Service.
Shipment to Canada:
We ship via US Postal Service unless the buyer requests otherwise. This tends to be slower (4-6 weeks for most packages) than UPS, but USPS does not charge you a brokerage fee. Please be aware that customs fees/duties and taxes imposed by Canadian governmental bodies are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will not falsify customs documents - please don't ask!
