RETURNS 

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 days of receiving the delivery, you will need to inform our customer services team. We work relentlessly to deliver a 5 STAR SERVICE to our customers. On the rare occasion that things don't go to plan, we ALWAYS do everything in our power to put it right - our business is built on happy and loyal customers and we want YOU to be one of them!  

- All returns must be unopened and unused

- All return charges paid by customer (we will refund minus return charge)

- Damaged goods should not be signed for on delivery

We guarantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. DELIVERY

Delivery service is a 48 hour service via one of the UK's leading parcel companies. 

All our deliveries are free to UK Mainland, list of excluded postcodes is listed below.

Customers will be given a day of delivery, if you would like to change date of delivery please contact us when ordering. All deliveries are done Monday - Friday 8am-6pm to your door step. For high rise buildings to the ground floor.

We DO NOT deliver to following postcodes currently -

AB 31 to AB 38, AB 40 to AB 56, IV 1 to 28, IV 30 to 32, IV 36 & 40, IV 52 to 54, IV63, KW 1 to 14, PA 21 to PA 38, PH 4 to PH 41, PH 49, PH 50. Northern Ireland (BT) HS, IV 41 to 49, IV 51, 55 & 56. KA 27 & 28, KW 15 to17. PA 20, PA 41 to 49, PA 60 to 78, PH 42 to 44. ZE. Isle of Man (IM). Channel Islands,

Purchased the Wrong Size

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the item they purchased is the correct size, should your purchase result in the item to being returned due to wrong size purchased, then a fee of £25.00 is chargeable to cover delivery charges

Change of Mind

Should the customer change his mind after receiving the goods, an applicable charge of £20.00 will be charged to the buyer for postage charges, should a return label be purchased via eBay this will be an additional charge.

Wrong Postal Address 

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the postal address, prior to making the purchase, should the address be incorrect and the item is returned us, there will be additional charge of £15.00 per postage.
