Jitte japanese traditionally weapon

jitte is one of Japanese weapons and catchers.  A hook made of metal, 10 inches to 24 inches long, or a rod made of solid wood such as oak or chestnut.  It is used to defend against enemy blades, attack by piercing, and sometimes as a short stick technique, and also uses jiu-jitsu, such as mastering, holding down, and throwing the criminal's joint, and using it for capture.

 jitte is said to perform as much as ten hands.
