This listing is for a Stormtech H2X-Dry Training Jacket, long-sleeve, men’s size large. Retail price is $60. I am 6'-3" tall and this jacket fits me perfectly. I own 2 of them, one black and one blue (see my other listing for blue version).

1. Shipping and Handling Fees:  Buyer to pay $0 for expedited handling to anywhere in the USA (for Canada add $15, and for Europe, New Zealand, and Australia add $25).
2. Know Your Product: I am not a technician or expert on the things I sell.  Please make sure this item will work for you and is the correct size before you buy.  I only pay for return shipping if the item is clearly not as described (e.g. wrong model number or size sent).  Note that some new items such as golf clubs may have minor shop wear from being on display or in storage. This does not make them a used item. Also note, because of the nature of my part time selling I mostly rely on stock photos. If you have any specific questions on the item please ask before you buy. Also, if there is a discrepancy between the photo and the listing description, the written description is paramount.
3. Warranties, Liability, and Returns: Because I am not a retailer warranty issues on new items will be taken to the manufacturer.  There is no warranty provided by me except the 30-day return period, and the buyer assumes all risk and liability for reselling or other further distribution of this item. Any item that is forwarded out of the USA is not covered by the 30-day return policy because it may have been damaged by the 3rd party shipper and I can only pay for returning it from the USA address I shipped it to.
4. International Shipping Times: International shipments are only shipped via US Postal Service. Packages can sometimes be delayed by customs/security and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you have a domestic delivery package forwarded to another country, my responsibility ends when it arrives at the designated USA address as verified by package tracking.
5. Customs Fees: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up at your post office. These fees are not additional shipping charges. I also cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
6. Ship to Address: I ship all items to your eBay/PayPal Address. Please verify that this address is correct. The buyer will be responsible for any redirection costs.
7. Handling Time: Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment, but at busy times it may take up 2-3 business days.  Weekends and US holidays do not count as business days.  This includes Columbus Day.
8. Shipper:  In the continental US I ship items via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail (my choice). Depending upon the weight and shipping method, I may need a physical address (generally anything over 2 lbs.).
9. USPS Shipping/Delivery: Priority Mail usually takes 2 - 3 business days and First Class takes 3-4 days for delivery. USPS tracking is still being improved to make it equal to other carriers, so please be patient with their updates.
10. FedEx or UPS Shipping: I use FedEx for heavier items or sometimes UPS Ground (my choice). Delivery normally takes 3 - 5 business days.
11. Free Shipping: Free shipping can only be assured for Continental US locations (lower 48 states). Alaska and Hawaii residents and APO addresses may be charged more for upgraded USPS services.  If you purchase an item for AK, HI, or APO and are not willing to pay more, your item will go First Class Mail or Parcel Post and may take longer.
12. Shipping Notifications/Tracking Numbers: You will receive an email message from eBay notifying you when your shipping label is printed. This message will have the USPS or FedEx tracking number. They do not send me a copy. It may take a day or two before tracking shows up in their systems.
13. Feedback: You will receive reciprocated feedback after you leave a feedback for your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback so that I can resolve your concern. I reciprocate on feedbacks about every 8-10 weeks or so.
14. Contacting Me:  Remember to list your auction number in all communications. Any claims must be made within 30 days of buying the item and need to have verification with photos.
15. If something is not mentioned in the eBay listing it is not included. This includes golf clubs, new or used. If you have any questions about whether an accessory or anything else is included please contact me before you buy.
