Note: Although we dispatch super fast and the above estimate delivery times 95% of the time are accurate, unexpected delays in postal service can delay UK mail for up to 5 working days and international mail for up to 15 working days. Faq

Question: The item i received is different to the item i ordered. Answer: If the item you have receive is not the item you ordered, please contact us and we will guide you through our incorrect item exchange process (in this case the buyer does not have to pay return postage) 

Question: The item i received is damage or does not fit my device Answer: If the item you have received arrives damaged in post, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to us through ebay message, we will then be able to send you a replacement. 

Question: Can I collect my order from you directly rather getting it posted? Answer: Unfortunately we do not do collections, however, all orders are processed same day (if ordered before 16:00) and posted via Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) delivery.
