Additional accents include Gray Cutting Panels on sides, some Polishing on Cuts and a gray Bubble Dot Line circling bottom. The round foot ringed Base including bottom Artwork has no visible Mfg Markings or Signature. I know a little about American Art Glass but do not recognize this Designing, My feeling from color and workmanship is it having Creation overseas in Europe or a Scandinavian Country.
