Use with an arbor press or rubber hammer/maul
Our custom made leathercraft stamps can be used with either an arbor press or have a handle made specifically for using a tool like rubber hammer or maul. Please read the description below to fully understand how to use the stamp with an arbor press or rubber hammer/mallet.

Customized to your needs
We aim to please our customers. Therefore we work with every customer individually until the desired result is reached!

Why stamp from us?
A lot of hobbyists start out and want to have their own custom stamp made. However, starting out usually means you are not sure on what exactly you want. Spending a couple of hundred dollars to produce a stamp might not be the route new hobbyists want to take.

Our stamps come at one-tenth of the price of usual metal stamps on the market. The only drawback is that after a couple of hundred uses might start wearing off. Think about it this way - the costs of adding your custom stamp on your masterpiece costs an extra rivet in price. In return - you get a product that you can test out. Brand it according to your liking. If you ever decide to change your stamp or add new ones - you can do so for a reasonable price.

Please note, that while durable, our stamps are made to withstand a regular 1 Tonn arbor-press force. This is arbor press strength usually used by hobbyists and is a standard for most stamps. If you are using a commercial arbor press - contact us before ordering!

Affordable
Our pricing starts at humble $14.99 with FREE shipping in the U.S., Europe, Africa*, Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, and Oceania.

* Customers from Africa, please, contact us before placing an order with shipping address to make sure we can provide shipping to your location.

Sizes for different techniques/tools used

The default base height for the arbor press is 2 cm (~0.8 inches).
The default height of the handle for the stamp to be used with rubber mallet/maul/hammer is 4 cm (~1.6 inches).

The default raise of the design (print) is 2-3mm (~0.12 inches).

We always discuss sizes with the customer, these are just for reference for the standard product.

Using stamps with rubber hammer or mallet.

Do not use metal tools. Just like most leathercrafting tools - to ensure longevity and ensure the tool remains in shape - the stamps are to be used with rubber tools and not metal ones. The impact from metal tools can break the stamp.
Moisture the leather before stamping.
Try to use a moderate amount of force when punching. Hitting the stamp too hard can tear the leather.
Using stamps with an arbor press

Stamps are made to be used with 1T arbor press.
If the area of arbor press arbor part (the part that is pushing the stamp into leather) is smaller than the are of the stamp - we recommend to use some padding (like a piece of wood) in between, to even out the pressure produced by arbor press. This helps with the consistency of the stamp as the force is allocated on the stamp evenly.
