Summary:
If your order value in the UK is £135.00 or under eBay will collect and remit your import tax at the time of sale, you will not pay again at the border to the courier.
If your order value in the UK is OVER £135.00, eBay will NOT collect and remit your import tax at the time of sale, you WILL PAY the import taxes to the courier at the border.
If your order value in the EU is EUR150.00 or under, eBay will collect and remit your import tax at the time of sale, you will not pay again at the border to the courier.
If your order value in the EU is OVER EUR150.00, eBay will NOT collect and remit your import tax at the time of sale, you WILL PAY the import taxes to the courier at the border.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days, in original packaging with all tags / labels intact. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping payment. On receipt of the item we will refund your account via PayPal.
If the item we have sent you is faulty, defective, or different to the product which you ordered, please send clear photos of the damage including damage to the packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at your discretion.
All returns should be initiated via eBay returns, and be sent using a tracked postal service.
