Characteristic
The key technology of "HPSC-X35 / X63" is "Precision conductor 102 SSC" and "Silk". For the cable conductor, "Precision conductor 102 SSC" is adopted instead of the PCOCC-A conductor of the previous model. "Precision conductor 102 SSC" is a conductor for high-end audio cables produced by Oyaide Electric, and has already been highly evaluated worldwide. The conductor structure is 7/7 / 0.089 rope twist with excellent bending resistance, and its thickness is 0.3 scare with a margin. Delicate headphone output is faithfully transmitted from the delicate high range to the powerful low range. "Precision conductor 102 SSC" is also used for the shield, making it a spiral shield with excellent flexibility. "Silk intervening" is used for the inclusion, which has cushioning properties and the effect of suppressing static electricity. In addition, the cable exterior is covered with a "silk jacket". Pure silk filament
The interposition uses 100% pure silk filament that has low capacitance and does not charge static electricity. When a signal flows through the cable, weak vibration occurs, and the substance charged with static electricity causes corona discharge due to the vibration. Mount the silk filament to solve this problem. Furthermore, the exterior of the cable is covered with "100% pure silk jacket". Due to these synergistic effects, noise has been greatly reduced without sacrificing flexibility. Original terminal connector
Specially designed plugs to give you a unique identity. The material of the metal part is brass that has passed the European RoHS directive. Sound dedicated solder "SS-47"
For the soldering of the wiring, Oyaide Denki's original acoustic solder "SS-47" is used. Normal solder has a tin purity of about 99.9% (3N) in terms of cost. "SS-47" has been further refined to eliminate impurities to the utmost limit, and it uses high-purity tin of 99.993% (4N) or higher. It also contains silver and copper for the purpose of improving conductivity and preventing solder erosion. Moreover, in the case of normal alloy solder, the compounding ratio of silver is 3 to 3.5%, but the amount of "SS-47" 4.7% was generously added. In addition, 1.7% of copper, which has the highest conductivity after silver among metals, is mixed. This compounding ratio dramatically improves the conductivity and succeeded in setting the eutectic point to 217 degrees.

Of course, these compounding ratios were not judged only by numerical data and workability. I think that sound quality should be the highest priority in order to hit the mark with audio solder. "SS-47" was created by hearing tests that did not use proto models with various compounding ratios.
