1&This katana is made by ancient Japanese making method (hand forged and hand polished). We are sword makers from Longquan City China, which is the famous for making professional Japanese swords, Chinese sword and Western swords. The swords are battle ready with authentic accessories.
2&Blade:This sword is made of T10 steel, clay tempered with a polished mirror-like surface. It is a very strong sword made with traditional methods, for multiple applications. The blade is repeatedly heat treated and hand forged to remove impurities. The clay temper process combines the characters of toughness and flexibility and results in a genuine hamon (temper line). The blade is full tang and hand sharpened, suitable for battle.It is durable enough for tameshigiri and bamboo. This blade is a stunning combination of beauty and functionality.
3&Tsuba:The Habiki (blade collar) is a one piece brass construction. Two Seppas (spacer) secure the Tsuba.
4&Tsuka:The Tsuka (handle) is wooden and it is tightly covered with genuine Ray skin Samegawa with silk Ito. The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are iron . The Tang of the sword is secured by two Mekugi (peg). Two Menuki (ornament) are on each side of the Tsuka.
5&Saya:The saya (sheath) of the sword is hard wooden with Genuine Ray skin wrapped . A cord Sage-O has been tied around the bright copper Kurigaga (knob) of the scabbard.
