1. Copper particles present in the cuticle, reacting with an ordinary emulsion, make the hair surface rough

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Preparation of the mixture with Welloxon Perfect Oxydant takes place in a 1: 1 ratio, i.e. 60 ml of Wella Illumina Color with 60 ml of Wella Welloxon Perfect.
- For clarification:
3 levels: mix 1 part Wella Illumina Color with 1 part Wella Welloxon Perfect 12%.
2 levels: mix 1 part Wella Illumina Color with 1 part Wella Welloxon Perfect 9%.
Level 1: mix 1 part Wella Illumina Color with 1 part Wella Welloxon Perfect 6%.
- When dyeing only at the root:
Apply the mixture at the root. Leave for 30-40 min. without using an additional heat source or 15-25 min. using an additional heat source.
- For overall dyeing:
Apply the mixture to the hair from root to tip and leave for 30-40 min. without using an additional heat source or 15-25 min. with its application.
