2lb & 10lb Residual Valves For Disc Drum Brakes 3/8-24" Fittings

2 lb& 10 lb residual valves are used in disc drum brake applications where the master cylinder is mounted below the horizontal plane of the calipers and fluid drain back occurs from gravity and vibration, thereby causing excessive caliper piston retraction and a longer brake pedal stroke. The blue two lb. residual is used for the front disc and the red ten pound residual pressure should be used for the rear drum to prevent fluid from flowing back without causing the brakes to drag.
