Kabuwari is an approach weapon that was carried during the battle, and has the function of receiving the sword on the inside of the arel, inserting it into the key, and locking it using the leverage principle.

 Once the unique inward curved surface comes into contact with the blade, it slides into the key without permission and can be easily restrained just by returning the wrist.

 There is a tradition that the use of a sword was forbidden because the sword of the opponent could be disabled even in a very short training.
