We reserve the right to negate any sale where the item has not been paid for in full within 10 days of the end of auction......or from any buyer who has not made contact within that time period.

Concerning any sales where there is duties or taxes applied by the country or state of destination for purchased item.  It is the full responsibility of the purchaser to pay any and all taxes, duties, tariffs, etc……that might be imposed by the country or state of destination for item.  Furthermore, we will not alter the sales amount of any item sold in order to negate taxes or duties on said item.

All international bidders must email and inquire about shipping destinations and costs……before they bid. 

Some items offered on ebay are subject to prior sale.  Some of the items offered for sale on Ebay are also for sale in our bricks and mortar store in Phila., Pa. 

There is chance that an item could sell in our store, before we are able to end the listing on ebay, thereby negating the ebay sale.  This is a rare occurance, but is possible.
