PERSONALISATION:

With many of items you can add a personal touch, with a name or short message

Printed message cards are also available. Don't worry if you can't find the words to say, I can  add something for you or send a blank card.

You may also be able to add a poem, photo, badge or logo so just ask

IMPORTANT:

The images shown on our listings are only a representation of our work and NOT the item you will receive.  An exact copy cannot be provided as we do not bulk manufacture

They will be created in your own style and colour

When ordering goods please confirm preferences of colour and the name or

personal message required for the sash ribbon, if applicable.

Selecting an image does not confirm your options

(Remember to check your spelling as mistakes cannot be rectified once created)

Base colour = Main body colour. Spray = flower cluster Ribbon = edging ribbon

Default base colours are white or ivory. If you require something else please ask

(If you choose for your flowers to be paint sprayed please note there may be some colour gaps due to movement of flowers)

As all items are handmade to your requirements, I cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or simply don't like the finished product, so please be as specific as possible

If you would like a different size that?s not problem I can provide a quote

For products designed to represent a specific item, (eg: football shirt, vehicles, sporting goods, food stuff) please note these are intended as a representation ONLY and not an exact detailed replica of the real thing. 

Some materials have to be ordered in so please contact us when placing a large or urgent order to ensure we can fulfil delivery.

DELIVERY:

It normally takes 1-2 days to process your order and, once made, we use 48 hr courier service as standard, operating Mon-Fri.  

Please let us know if you have a specific date required to ensure timely dispatch (Please allow for delays in peak times, bank holidays or circumstances beyond our control.    I will not be held responsible for postal delays once your order is dispatched and refunds will not be eligible)

Delivery is a low price for all mainland UK addresses.  All other destinations, including some parts of Scotland, Ireland, NI, IOM, IOW and international may incur additional charges. Please check BEFORE placing your order

RETURNS:

Returns will not be accepted on bespoke items. We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a PRE APPROVED reason, and must be returned in the same condition they were dispatched in.
