This looks good as it's from my own 90's video collection. The tape looks good except for light staining to the label.

This version features the original theatrical edition in fullscreen and has a unique inside Sleeve titled 'OUT OF THIS WORLD' that advertises the Star Wars Trilogy, The Abyss, The Alien Trilogy, Predator 1 & 2 and Planet Of The Apes.
