11 Aug 73 BFPS 1375 RAF 1973 Exhibition. No 605 ( County of Warwick ) Sqn Royal Auxilliary Air Force. Flown in Harrier Pilot Sqn Ldr M B Proudfoot

Personally Signed by Air Cdr.E.W. Wright Battle of Britain pilot with 605 Sqn 6 enemy aircraft . In 1941 the Sqn moved to the far East and he destroyed at least 8 Japanese aircraft. Captured by the Japanese in February 1943,Sqn Ldr M.B.Proudfoot flew Vampire Jet Provosts 1970 converted to Harriers ,Flt Lt P.Bouch flew Chipmuck, Piston Provosts, Balliol & Vampire.C From 1958 he flew Hunters with 90 Sqn in German and later Vulcans with 9 Sqn at Coningsby & Cottesmore.
