Simple Stretch
(A 35-minute
total-body stretch for all fitness levels.)

The 35-minute stretching
program can be used one of two ways:

remember to move gently and with control.
· If your goal is to develop more flexibility, then precede this program
with at least 20 minutes of exercise to raise your body temperature. This will
make your muscles and connective tissue pliable and more responsive.
