This item consists of 3 Stretch & Harmonizing workout tapes. The tapes are used but in excellent operational condition. All of the tapes have been recently played to verify their quality. A description of the videos is given below:

 

Karen Voight: Pure & Simple Stretch

(A 35-minute total-body stretch for all fitness levels.)

The 35-minute stretching program can be used one of two ways:

·      If you want to relax and just feel the simple pleasure of stretching, remember to move gently and with control.

·      If your goal is to develop more flexibility, then precede this program with at least 20 minutes of exercise to raise your body temperature. This will make your muscles and connective tissue pliable and more responsive.
