ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Record  is in  Poor  condition with  many scratches, chips,  rough around the outer most rim of the lead in wax,  and scuffs. Scratches and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot feel any of the scratches or scuffs.  I can feel the chips and the roughness around the outer most rim of the lead in wax.
