Shipping

We pride ourselves in our prompt shipping.  All items are shipped the next business day after payment unless other arrangements are made. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS
Overnight or express shipping is available. You must call by 12 PM ET on Monday-Friday

TRACKING
Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay as soon as the item ships. To find your tracking number, click My eBay, then select your purchase history. The tracking number will be listed under the item's title. Click on the tracking number for more details. In some cases it may take up to 36 hours before the item is scanned in.

SHIPPING METHODS
We use Priority Mail for small items and Fedex Ground for most larger items . Please provide street address for delivery.

Please read the following about our freight:

1. All products that must be shipped via freight (large and heavy items such as motors etc.) have no additional cost as long as a business address that is deliverable by a freight truck is provided. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide commercial business address.
   
2. No freight shipment will leave our facility until we have verified the address provided meets the proper criteria.
   
3. Business address must have a loading dock or a fork lift to unload product from the trailer. The business address must be in a business district.
   
4. We do have options to delivery outside this criteria at an extra charge to the customer. Here is the additional options and fees associated with each option. These charges are non-negotiable.
   
   • Private residence -$30 per occurrence.
     
   • Limited Access Locations- $33 per occurrence (schools, hospitals, businesses located outside a business district).
     
   • Lift gate service- $64 per occurrence (if your item is too large and you are shipping to a private residence this may be required to remove the item from the truck).
     

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally through eBay Global Shipping Program. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must call for a shipping quote. We can ship most items to Puerto Rico but larger items we are not able to. Although some items include calculated shipping there may be additional charges incurred due to being oversized. In the event there is additional shipping charges the buyer will be notified and invoiced via eBay/PayPal. Payments

Payment is required with in 3 days of a purchase. We use the automated eBay unpaid bidder tool for unpaid items.

We leave positive feedback at the time of payment.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal through eBay.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days all sales are considered final.

Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee or the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds the 50%.

International returns will not be accepted.
