Shipping is determined by the eBay shipping calculator.

RETURNS

Returns accepted only if item is unopened and unused, and is the exact item sent.  It must be re-sellable as new or we will not accept the return.  Please note the item number shown, any cross reference to another number is the responsibility of the BUYER.  We guarantee that the item being sold is represented by the part number shown. 

Compatibility is the responsibility of the buyer, we use the ebay compatibility information only for information, which may or may not be correct.  Make sure it is the part number you need.  There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that were not installed, plus the buyer pays for return shipping, so make sure you are buying the correct part.

Please ask any questions you may have and we will try to get back to you with a reply as soon as possible.  After receipt, if there are any problems, please contact us first so we can make things right BEFORE leaving feedback or filing a claim -- we can always work things out.
