Compatibility Check

If you are not sure if a part fits your vehicle, please email us your VIN number.
We will use this information to check if it fits.
Please note that we may not be able to check for vehicles that are not distributed in the country of manufacture or in Japan.

Shipping

The shipping method is DHL or Fedex or Japan Post.
Your precious item will be inspected in our store and will be shipped around 5 days after purchase. We will ship as soon as possible.
It usually takes about 1 week from shipment to arrival.
In some circumstances, shipping may be slightly delayed due to delays from the shipping company or because of holidays.

Inspection

When we receive an order , we will perform an inspection on your item.
If we find any defect in the product, we will ask the maker to exchange and will send a replacement to the customer without any defect.
If you notice any defect after receiving your item , please notify us.

Payment

Payments are made only through Managed Payments.
This is currently the only method used on eBay.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us.
If it has not been sent yet, we will cancel it.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
