POSTAGE & PACKAGING

- Standard Delivery is FREE and is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-5 working days. Use 'Add To Basket' tab and NOT 'Buy Now' tab. when ordering multiple items.

- You can upgrade to 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail 1-3 working days £1.00 per item (you can opt for this service at checkout)

- We also offer NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY for £6.50 on any sized order (orders must be placed before 9.30am on the day to arrive next day). Please send us a message to arrange this.

- Local Collection is possible, please send us a message to arrange this.

- We aim to despatch the same day (depending on time of order), regardless it will be within 1 working day.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 Days of your receipt. A full refund will be offered if the goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging. All products will be inspected to ensure they are in a re-saleable condition. If you require a refund please allow 7 working days for this to be processed from the day we received the returned products. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. Also note that postage will be at the customers expense. Should your item arrive defective or damaged please notify ASK Craft House immediately and a replacement will be sent upon return of the damaged item. For damaged or defective goods the customers return postage expense will be reimbursed, please allow 7 working days for this to be processed. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. Re-postage of replacement goods from returned items back out to the customer will be at the customers expense if the original order has been fulfilled without fault of our own i.e customer ordered wrong size etc. If you are unsure please contact us for confirmation before ordering.
