This beautiful and very collectible Hummel Plate circa 1971 - #264 is a first edition and titled "Heavenly Angel"... On back of the plate reads " In commemoration of the 100th OF Anniversary of W, Goebel-Hummelwerk W. Germany 1871 - 1971... This was put in a encapsulated box that has a glass frame and wood frame with a black felt background, to preserved it from any damage from the elements as is in Mint Condition... The MRPS when these were sold was around $750.00 USD... This plate was also awarded Plate of the Year for that year and would make a perfect gift for a loved one that collects plates or just for its sheer beauty...
