Steel Base for K98 Mauser LSR sniper mount
This auction is for a high quality steel reproduction LSR side base. It can be mounted on a variety of Mausers like German, Yugo, Swedish, Turkish, etc..
The rail is standard 3/8" (11mm) dovetail. If used with our 3/8" dovetail scope rings, you can install a scope directly on this side base.
This base may not fit the LSR mount from the other vendors.
If you have a Mauser with straight bolt, you can install a compact scope like our repro PO scope using our 3/8" dovetail scope rings without the need to bent your original straight bolt. Please see the following photo for a Yugo 24/47 with a straight bolt. The screws, pins and complimentary drill/tap kit are also included.
