Dark green 8 Pf. Dienstmarke (official) stamp from the 1927-1933 Strohhut or "Straw Hat" series, the more common variant a, issued in 1927. These stamps have been so named on account of the oval shape containing the denomination looking like a straw hat viewed from above. In mint hinged condition.
