Vintage Max Factor Creme Puff refill for Regency thin line compact, Twilight Blush Medium Rose-Beige, net wt. ,55 oz.. Unmarked exact manufacturing date is unknown, made in U.S.A.. Refill is new old stock in original shrink wrap excellent condition. Box has age shelf and storage wear that includes discoloration has turned darker, spots, stains scratches, scuffs, rubbing bald spots along edges and corners , 55 in grease pencil, 110 in light pen, end flaps have slight warps and small rips. 

As stated above refill is new old stock in excellent condition even with the box being imperfect it would make a great addition to any collection.
