Weight:  1.60 grams approx.
Stones:  

4 (Four) natural round single cut Diamonds.
Total Weight: 0.12 carats  approx.
4 (Four) romboidal cut blue sapphires.

Material:  18k white and yellow gold. There are no hallmarks, so I tested personally with acid.
Condition:  Excellent condition, very small marks according with it's age.
