Q: When will my item ship?

A: All items excluding freight items, usually ship within 1-4 business days. All Items ship as soon as possible.

Q: Can I pick up an item if I decide to purchase it?

A: Unforturnately local pick up is currently not available. 

Q: Do you price match?

A: At this time we are unable to price match.

Q: My item has not been delivered when ebay said it would. What should I do?

A: Ebay delivery dates are only estimates, not guarantees. In the event you do not recieve your item on time or tracking is not updating please contact us so that we can look into it.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm eastern time. 

Q: What happens if my item becomes unavailable after purchase?

A: We have a very accurate inventory system that updates every hour. In rare cases an item may become unavailable in between checks. In this case we will notify you right away of the issue. At that point we will offer the buyer the choice to wait a few days to see if it becomes available or to cancel for a refund so that you can try to find else where. 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or is just the wrong item?

A: Contact us immediately so that we can look in to the issue and see what options are available to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
