We drop all parcels into st boxes directly. In accordance with AusPost, this may lead to issues with NON-SCAN or SKIP-SCAN. As a result, your parcel may only get scanned on the day of delivery. Alternatively, your assignment will be transferred to LPO, you will then need to collect parcel in person within 10 days. Your parcel will be forwarded to the Dead Parcel Centre if it not collected within the guided time frames and we will NOT be able to assist further.
